On June 3, the Ministry of industry and information technology announced the list of all kinds of Monitored and Controlled Chemicals-MCCs, which shall come into effect as of the date of promulgation. The list of all kinds of MCCs (Order No. 11 of the Ministry of chemical industry) issued by the former Ministry of chemical industry on May 15, 1996 shall be repealed at the same time.
