The Intellectual Property Development Research Center of the State Intellectual Property Office has compiled and completed the evaluation report on China’s intellectual property development in 2018. China’s Intellectual Property Intellectual Property Development Index rose from 13th to 8th in 40 major countries. According to the current quantitative analysis rules, the report compiles an index system for domestic evaluation and international comparison of China’s intellectual property development. The domestic evaluation index system consists of four first-level indicators, 11 second-level indicators and 55 third-level indicators.
