On July 17, the Ministry of Ecology and Environment, the NDRC, the MIIT and the Ministry of Finance jointly issued the Comprehensive Control Plan for Air Pollution of Industrial Furnaces, which refers to smelting furnace, melting furnace, roasting (calcining) furnace (kiln), heating furnace, heat treatment furnace, drying furnace (kiln), coke oven and gas generator.
