16 February, SAMR issued draft Regulation for production licensing of special equipment for public comments 1. The validity period of the special equipment license is 5 years including the License for the Production of Special Equipment and the License for the Filling Unit of Mobile Pressure Vessels (Gas Cylinders).            2. Where there is a requirement for a person’s title in terms of resources, if the person does not have a corresponding title, he or she needs to have a corresponding educational background and a technical working life, and the educational background should be a major in engineering.
