The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural, together with the National Health Commission and the State Administration of Market Regulation, jointly promulgated the National Standards on Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food. The new edition of pesticide residue limit standard stipulates 7107 residue limits of 483 pesticides in 356 kinds of food. Compared with the 2016 edition, there are 50 new pesticide varieties and 2967 residue limits.
