MIIT launches China RoHS public platform officially

In May 2019, the State Administration of market regulation and the Ministry of industry and information technology organized and formulated the implementation arrangement of the assessment system for the restricted use of hazardous substances in electrical and electronic products, which stipulates that electrical and electronic products included in the Management Catalogue of compliance shall choose the voluntary certification or self-declaration mode for conformity assessment after November 1, 2019.
