Motor Vehicles Recalls for Environmental-protection defects

On August 6, the State Administration for Market Regulation-SAMR, in conjunction with the Ministry of Ecological Environment-MEE, drafted regulations for the management of motor vehicles recalls for environmental-protection defects and called for public comments. SAMR and MEE are responsible for the organization, implementation and supervision of motor vehicles recalls within their responsibilities. I.
