On December 28, the newly revised Securities Law was deliberated and passed, and will come into force on March 1, 2020. The revised Securities Law consists of 14 chapters, including general provisions, securities issuance, securities trading, acquisition of listed companies, information disclosure, investor protection, securities trading places, securities companies, securities registration and settlement institutions, securities service institutions, securities industry associations, securities regulatory agencies, legal responsibilities and supplementary provisions. Information disclosure and investor protection have been added. Clearly and comprehensively implement the registration system. The requirement of “having sustained profitability” should be changed to “having sustained operation ability” when issuing stocks.Read More →
