Self-declaration for domestic sales of export products

On September 8, the State Administration of Market Regulation issued the implementation measures for domestic sales of export products, in 2020 Enterprises may declare themselves to be in conformity with mandatory national standards-GB and sell products in China. Self-declaration can be conducted through the enterprise standard information public service platform, or in the form of product specification, factory certificate, product packaging, etc. Enterprise may make a self-declaration that its products meet the relevant standards of China and the importing country (region) or entrust a third-party organization to conduct relevant quality evaluation
