The State Administration for Market Regulation has revised and issued the “Regulations on Prohibiting the Abuse of Intellectual Property Rights to Exclude and Restrict Competition” to prevent and stop the use of intellectual property rights to reach monopoly agreements, abuse market dominance, and implement monopolistic behaviors that have or may have the effect of excluding or restricting competition.
