On March 12, 2020, MNMPA issued 5 drug traceability standards Vaccine information traceability system in China is defined as an organic whole of tracking and tracing information of vaccine production, circulation, use and other links by means of information technology among vaccine traceability participants such as Licensee holders/production enterprises, distribution units, disease prevention and control agencies, vaccination units, regulatory departments and so on. In May 2018, the National Medical Products Administration launched the construction of information traceability system, including the unified coding rules for traceability codes, the content and format of enterprise records and the requirements for data exchange in the traceability process.
